Customer service was fantastic, as I changed my mind on sizes a few hours after doing an online order but it had already been pick up by Aust post & was on the way as my tracking number did confirm. Wasn't an issue though, flightmode did a recall on the item, gave me a full refund within hours, then I put my new order in. Must say the fastest delivery I've experienced from vic to Tas. Ordered 11am & arrived the next day 11:30am.
Ordered Medium Aluminium case. The quality is very good, wheels have super smooth rolling action & the 2 zipped inserts that come with it is good with quality and very practical.
To my surprise it also came with a black Flightmode material cover & a water resistant cover at no cost which I wasn't expecting.
The built-in bag holder is super convenient for carrying my laptop bag. Highly recommend.
