  • The dimensions,  weights and volumes of the products on this website are approximate only. Reasonable efforts were made to ensure that product information is accurate and to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, there might be colour differences between the product on your screen’s display and the product on delivery.
  • The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser of a new product
  • The warranty duration of the Aluminium Alloy Luggage is lifetime 
  • The warranty duration of the Digital Series Luggage is 1 year
  • The warranty duration of the bags collection is 3 years
  • The warranty duration of the accessories is 1 year
  • Production of the older aluminum alloy suitcases has ceased, and all accessories have been replaced with newer models. Therefore, no further after-sales service will be available for the older aluminum alloy suitcases.
  • This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines, for example).
  • Flightmode requires that you use only an approved flightmode authorized service centre for warranty repairs. Repairs performed by anyone other than at an authorized service centre will void this warranty.
  • You are responsible for all costs of getting the product to any such authorized service centre, including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes.
  • For warranty service at an authorized service centre, you will need the duly completed warranty certificate or original purchase receipt.
  • The authorized service centre will determine whether or not Flightmode's warranty covers the problem. If the warranty applies, you will be notified whether the product will be repaired or replaced. Any such repair or replacement will be at Flightmode's expense, including any costs required to return the repaired or replacement product to you.
  • If the product is to be replaced while it is no longer available, flightmode will substitute a comparable flightmode product
  • The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the product Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.
  • If the product is not under warranty as determined by the authorized service centre, any repairs agreed to or freight costs associated will be at your expense. Product locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening. They can not necessarily prevent theft of the product or its contents, breakage or entry by airline or airport personnel or governmental authorities.
  • Inspect your item immediately after handling by anyone other than you If damaged in transit, submit a claim to the transit company (insured against damaging your product) at the place of arrival, if possible, before clearing customs.
  • Please send your product to flightmode authorized service centre. You will find service centre information on our website.


WHAT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY?

  • Damages to the product are the result of misuse or the actions of others. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed.
  • Labour charges and damages attributable to work performed by anyone other than at an authorized service centre are not covered by this warranty.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded.
  • Any bump, dent, scratch, scuff or general wear and tear generated from using the case are NOT under warranty.
  • Warranty only covers all functional damage to your suitcase.

LIFE TIME REPLACEMENT

  • All Flightmode suitcases come with a "life time replacement" guarantee. 
  • Customer is required to ship the original item back to Flightmode at his own cost, and pay 50% of the RRP (Recommended Retail Price).
